At Aplus Edtech (operated by Aplus Education And Computer Services Pvt Ltd), we strive to deliver top-tier SAP training. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing course fee payments, batch transfers, and refund eligibility.
Students who cancel their enrollment at least 7 days prior to the scheduled batch start date are eligible for a full refund minus a nominal administrative processing fee (₹1,000).
If a student is unable to attend their assigned batch due to medical or professional emergencies, they can request a free batch transfer to an upcoming weekday or weekend batch within 6 months of enrollment.
Once a batch has commenced and the student has attended 2 or more live sessions or accessed the SAP lab environment, course fees become non-refundable. However, students may pause their training and resume with a later batch.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, Credit Card, UPI) within 7 to 10 business days from the date of refund approval.
