Principal SAP QM Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Exciting opportunity with a Leading Global Cloud & IT Services MNC to join a high-impact European enterprise engagement as Principal SAP QM Subject Matter Expert (SME). In this role, you will be part of a global consulting team driving digital transformation, system enhancements, and end-to-end implementation across complex SAP landscapes. We are looking for an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong functional and domain expertise in SAP QM.

- Lead end-to-end configuration, design, and implementation of SAP QM modules in enterprise environments. - Work closely with business process owners, functional leads, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. - Prepare functional specification documents (FSDs), conduct testing (UT/SIT/UAT), and manage cutover/go-live support. - Provide L2/L3 production support, resolve complex incidents, and execute system change requests as per client SLAs.

- The grade requirements are as follows: - PAN INDIA : C2 / D1 - JD as below: - The consultant should have extensive experience in support and enhancement projects. Exposure to end-to-end implementation projects will be an added advantage, including experience in functional specification preparation, testing, defect resolution, and bug fixing. - Strong hands-on experience is required in: - QM Master Data - QM Notifications - QM Cost Management - QM Inspections - Batch Management - Usage Decision - Defect Recording - DMR (Document Management/Defect Management Reporting, as applicable) - Integration with SAP modules such as EWM, PP, MM, and others - Must possess a solid understanding of SAP QM business processes within the pharmaceutical industry. - Experience in collaborating with the ABAP team for enhancement development, issue resolution, and bug fixes. - Well-versed in IT service management processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Release Management. - The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills, business process understanding, and the ability to deliver high-quality SAP QM solutions in a dynamic support and project environment - Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering, MCA, Commerce, MBA, or Certified SAP Professional
