SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant

Exciting opportunity with a Leading Global Cloud & IT Services MNC to join a high-impact European enterprise engagement as SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant. In this role, you will be part of a global consulting team driving digital transformation, system enhancements, and end-to-end implementation across complex SAP landscapes.

- Lead end-to-end configuration, design, and implementation of SAP PM modules in enterprise environments. - Work closely with business process owners, functional leads, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. - Prepare functional specification documents (FSDs), conduct testing (UT/SIT/UAT), and manage cutover/go-live support. - Provide L2/L3 production support, resolve complex incidents, and execute system change requests as per client SLAs.

- Design and document functional specifications for SAP PM enhancements and customizations. - Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. - Provide end-user training and support for SAP PM processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PM module. - Ensure data integrity and consistency within the SAP PM module. - Participate in project planning, execution, and post-implementation support. - Stay updated with the latest SAP PM trends and best practices. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as an SAP PM Consultant or similar role. - Strong knowledge of SAP PM module and its integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, CO, etc.). - Experience with SAP PM configuration, customization, and implementation. - Proficiency in SAP PM processes such as maintenance planning, work order management, and preventive maintenance. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Preferred Qualifications: - SAP certification in PM or related modules. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development. - Understanding of Agile methodologies. - Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering, MCA, Commerce, MBA, or Certified SAP Professional
