SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Architect

Exciting opportunity with a Leading Global Cloud & IT Services MNC to join a high-impact European enterprise engagement as SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Architect. In this role, you will be part of a global consulting team driving digital transformation, system enhancements, and end-to-end implementation across complex SAP landscapes.

- Lead end-to-end configuration, design, and implementation of SAP SF Compensation modules in enterprise environments. - Work closely with business process owners, functional leads, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. - Prepare functional specification documents (FSDs), conduct testing (UT/SIT/UAT), and manage cutover/go-live support. - Provide L2/L3 production support, resolve complex incidents, and execute system change requests as per client SLAs.

- Governance Best Practices o Establish design standards, documentation, and governance for compensation processes. o Provide guidance on data security, audit controls, and system integrity. - Experience: o 10+ years in HR technology with at least 5 years in SuccessFactors Compensation design and implementation. o Proven track record of leading large-scale global compensation projects. - Technical Expertise: o Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module and related integrations. o Familiarity with Employee Central and Performance Management modules. - Business Acumen: o Strong understanding of compensation principles, pay structures, and incentive programs. o Ability to align technology solutions with business strategy. - Leadership Communication: o Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. o Ability to influence and drive decisions at senior leadership levels. Preferred Certifications - SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certified - PMP or similar project management certification (optional) - Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering, MCA, Commerce, MBA, or Certified SAP Professional
