Job Description – PBS SAP CAR UDF Consultant **Role:** PBS SAP CAR UDF Consultant **Experience:** 6–10 Years **Engagement Type:** RUN Support / AMS / Pursuit Project **Skill:** PBS – SAP CAR UDF **Primary Skills** - Strong experience in SAP Customer Activity Repository (SAP CAR) with focus on Unified Demand Forecasting (UDF). - Knowledge of SAP Retail, SAP IS-Retail, SAP CAR, POSDTA/POSDM and S/4HANA integration Understanding of SAP CAR landscape, data models, interfaces and consuming applications Understanding of HANA-based data modeling and analytics in SAP CAR environment

- **Key Responsibilities** - Provide RUN support for SAP CAR UDF processes and related business applications - Monitor and support demand forecasting, sales data processing and inventory-related integrations - Analyze incidents, perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues within SLA - Support POS transaction data flow between source systems, SAP CAR and S/4HANA - Coordinate with business users, functional teams and technical teams for issue resolution - Execute system monitoring, data validation and reconciliation activities - Participate in enhancements, minor configuration changes and continuous improvement initiatives - Ensure smooth operation of forecasting and demand planning processes supported by SAP CAR UDF - Prepare documentation, knowledge articles and support transition activities

- Experience in POS data ingestion, processing and demand forecasting scenarios - Hands-on experience in data collection, cleansing, harmonization and repository management - Knowledge of inbound and outbound integration processes for SAP CAR - **Technical Requirements** - Experience with SAP CAR modules, especially UDF and POSDTA/POSDM - Knowledge of SAP integration technologies such as IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs and web services - Understanding of SAP Retail processes including pricing, promotions, inventory and sales transactions - Familiarity with SAP HANA concepts and data analysis/reporting - Exposure to SAP F R, SAP Hybris or related retail solutions is an added advantage - Ability to troubleshoot data and integration issues across multiple SAP landscapes - *Soft Skills** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a global support environment - Effective stakeholder communication and coordination skills - Quick learner with ability to work independently in complex environments - Flexible to work in shifts and support critical business operations - **Preferred Qualifications** - 4+ years of SAP CAR implementation/support experience - Experience supporting retail industry clients - Understanding of end-to-end demand forecasting and retail planning processes - Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering, MCA, Commerce, MBA, or Certified SAP Professional
