SAP IBP Supply Planning Optimizer Specialist (Finite Capacity Modeling)

Leading Global Cloud & IT Services MNC is seeking an SAP IBP Supply Planning Optimizer Specialist to architect cost-based finite capacity supply models for Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune delivery centers. You will configure optimizer cost rules (non-delivery, inventory holding, production/transport costs), mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) constraints, lot-sizing policies, and telescopic time buckets.

- Configure planning areas, master data types, key figures, and calculation logic in SAP IBP. - Set up Microsoft Excel planning views and web-based analytics dashboards for planners. - Configure CPI-DS data integration tasks to extract and load data between S/4HANA and IBP. - Train business users and facilitate conference room pilots.

- 4 to 8 years of SAP Supply Chain experience with at least 2 years of dedicated SAP IBP configuration. - In-depth understanding of supply planning algorithms (heuristics, optimizer, supply propagation). - Strong analytical mindset and client presentation skills.
