About the Role & Overview
Leading Global Cloud & IT Services MNC is hiring an SAP IBP Demand Planning & Demand Sensing Consultant for its Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune supply chain practices.
You will configure statistical forecasting profiles (time-series, ARIMA, gradient boosting), demand sensing algorithms, ABC/XYZ segmentation, new product introduction (NPI) lifecycle curves, and Excel Add-in planning views.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure planning areas, master data types, key figures, and calculation logic in SAP IBP.
- Set up Microsoft Excel planning views and web-based analytics dashboards for planners.
- Configure CPI-DS data integration tasks to extract and load data between S/4HANA and IBP.
- Train business users and facilitate conference room pilots.
Candidate Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of SAP Supply Chain experience with at least 2 years of dedicated SAP IBP configuration.
- In-depth understanding of supply planning algorithms (heuristics, optimizer, supply propagation).
- Strong analytical mindset and client presentation skills.
