About the Role & Overview
Accenture is hiring an experienced SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) Consultant to manage contract and lease administration, commercial real estate management, and IFRS 16 compliance on S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure SAP RE-FX module including architectural views, contracts, lease agreements, and service charges.
- Manage IFRS 16 / US GAAP lease accounting valuation and integration with SAP FI-AA.
- Lead fit-gap analysis and write detailed functional design documents for custom enhancements.
- Provide post-go-live hypercare and end-user training.
Candidate Requirements
- 6+ years of strong functional experience in SAP RE-FX.
- Demonstrated proficiency in lease accounting (IFRS 16) integration with S/4HANA General Ledger and Asset Accounting.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, or relevant discipline.
