Key Responsibilities
- Configure compensation plan templates, guidelines, budget pools, and merit matrices.
- Set up Variable Pay programs with business and individual performance goals.

Candidate Requirements
- 4 to 8 years experience with at least 2 full compensation cycle implementations in SuccessFactors.
- Strong grasp of compensation formulas, currency conversion, and eligibility rules.
