About the Role & Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Configure Career Development goal plans, learning activity templates, and career worksheets.
- Set up mentoring programs and career path visualization for employee development.
- Configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and talent card attributes.
- Coordinate integration with Employee Central and Learning (LMS).
Candidate Requirements
- 4 to 7 years experience in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management.
- Hands-on expertise in CDP and Succession module configuration.
- Excellent stakeholder facilitation and documentation skills.
