About the Role & Overview
Exciting opportunity with Accenture for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to lead payroll configuration, replication, and tax calculations for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure Employee Central Payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and tax calculation settings.
- Set up Point-to-Point (P2P) replication between Employee Central and ECP system.
- Run payroll simulations, off-cycle workbench, and bank transfer file generation.
- Troubleshoot replication errors and payroll control center issues.
Candidate Requirements
- 4 to 8 years in SAP HR / SuccessFactors with at least 2 ECP implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge of payroll regulations and gross-to-net calculations.
- SuccessFactors ECP certification is preferred.
